The chef will bring all the ingredients, wines, cutlery, and even the plates as he transforms your house into a restaurant for the evening. This is a professional personal chef service from start to finish.

The five-course dinner - paired with chef-selected wines - will show off Garcia's unique approach to sourcing and cooking the best ingredients. It will start with snacks as you and guests catch up restaurant-style, before your very own private chef will serve hot and cold appetizers, a jaw-dropping main course, and a dessert that will put a smile on everyone's faces.

The chef services will include all food preparation, ingredient purchasing and service. The chef is available to discuss any dietary restrictions or specialized diets to create a meal plan for any dinner parties or special occasions and all attempts will be made to accommodate special events and requests: we like to do things personally at REstore so do let us know if there's a particular dish, ingredient, style of cooking or customized meal plan you would prefer the chef to bring for your Home Takeover. 

This is a chance to sit back, relax and let the restaurant come to you as you hire a chef for a truly unique dining experience. We'll be cleaned down and out by the time you've finished dessert and promise the same guarantee for all our takeovers: you do the delicious and we'll do the dishes.  

There are two packages available for Chef Carlos Garcia. 

Package 1: includes stand-out wines paired with the dinner for $799. 

Package 2: includes premium wines paired with dinner for $1,199.
