Oscar Lorenzzi has been cooking in New York for over 10 years with experience managing the kitchens of some of the city's most exclusive, luxurious restaurants. He headed up The Waverly Inn for years and is currently executive chef at Nice Matin. 

A native of Peru, the chef has an international repertoire when it comes to cooking. He is also experienced in offering online classes and has taught many people to be better home cooks through his online courses.

This is not a pre-recorded cooking video, you will learn to cook live with the chef as your personal guide. The classes include whatever you want to learn. Think of it as your very own online culinary school.
