Online Cooking Class with Thomas Troisgros
Thomas Troisgros grew up in France as part of the legendary Troisgros dynasty. Maison Troisgros was home and summer jobs were spent working at Uncle Paul's in Lyon or Uncle Daniel's in New York: that's Paul Bocuse and Daniel Boulud to me and you.
Training with the greats, surrounded by gastronomy from a young age and destined to be a chef, Troisgros trained in New York and the Basque Country before moving to Brazil where he is in charge of the Michelin-starred Olympe restaurant.
In 2013 he opened TT burger which quickly claimed and maintains today the title as one of the best burgers in Brazil. Applying his knowledge, technique, and need for perfection into something as simple as a burger has elevated TT to legendary status with their Guava ketchup smuggled abroad by all of us at REstore HQ.
In this lesson, which is not pre-recorded but a live, one-on-one session, Troisgros will teach you all the tricks, tips, and even some of the secrets that have made his burger recipe sought after across the world.
You will be sent an ingredient and equipment list before the lesson with personal choices available on fillings, protein, buns, and cheese. Troisgros will teach you how to make any burger explode with flavor.
