Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases restore.biz from all liability relating to any incident that may occur the Live Experience. By accepting this, I agree to hold restore.biz and Gluttonomy entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in the Live Experiences I am participating voluntarily and understand that I am aware of any risks. By accepting below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against restore.biz and/or Gluttonomy for any reason. In return. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
