This five-course menu, paired with wines selected by the chef who is a true wine aficionado, will show off Lorenzzi's unique approach to sourcing the freshest, tastiest ingredients and combining them in unique ways. Starting with restaurant-style snacks and bubbles, the chef will serve a cold and hot appetizer, a mind-blowing main course and a dessert that will finish the evening paired with a sweet wine.

Private Chef NYC: Oscar Lorenzzi

Oscar Lorenzzi has been cooking in New York for over 10 years with experience managing the kitchens of some of the city's most exclusive, luxurious restaurants. He headed up The Waverly Inn for years where his Mac n Cheese with Truffle was the stuff of legend.

Those lucky enough to sample the chef's native dishes of Peru, such as ceviche, know just how good he can be with the balance of acidity, spice and that fresh sparkle of fish the country is famous. And he successfully blends ideas, techniques, cultures, and ingredients to produce one-off menus that you will remember forever.
