About Oscar:
Oscar Lorenzzi has been cooking in New York for over 10 years with experience managing the kitchens of some of the city's most exclusive, luxurious restaurants. He headed up The Waverly Inn for years where his Mac n Cheese with Truffle was the stuff of legend.
Those lucky enough to sample the chef's native dishes of Peru, such as ceviche, know just how good he can be with the balance of acidity, spice and that fresh sparkle of fish the country is famous. And he successfully blends ideas, techniques, cultures, and ingredients to produce one-off menus that you will remember forever.
*This dinner is best suited for a minimum of 10 people, and a maximum of 20 people. Note that groups of 16 or more will receive an extra bottle of Champagne.
